You can enjoy a refund on your subscription when you walk your dog regularly. The basic subscription can be reimbursed up to 100 %, depending on how often you go for walks (excluding additional contracted options).
A walk is a stroll taken with your dog, recorded through the Viva GPS device and mobile app. To be counted in the reimbursement calculation, it must meet certain criteria.
Reimbursement conditions:
✔️ 25 walks per month (minimum 20 minutes each) → 💯 Full refund of your subscription
✔️ 20 walks per month (minimum 20 minutes each) → 🔖 50 % discount on your subscription
✔️ 15 walks per month (minimum 20 minutes each) → 🔖 50 % discount on your subscription
